Our core purpose is to assist Clients, Principal Designers, Principal Contractors and Self Builders by advising on and managing their obligations under CDM 2015 Regulations.
We are also able to act as your Principal Designer.
It may be possible to coordinate your CDM 2015 requirements in-house. However, for many this means having to remove team members from other tasks, and this doesn’t always make financial sense. Shouldn’t you concentrate on what you do best?
We are able to produce your Construction Phase Plan and/or Health and Safety File. This can be undertaken separately or form part of your individual package.
